Cancellation Policy

Please review the following booking policies prior to your appointment. Discovery Calls • Discovery calls are 30 minutes • Conducted via Zoom or phone • Used to discuss your goals, project needs, timeline, and recommended services Please note: Depending on the service requested, a consultation or booking fee may be assessed and applied toward your project total if applicable. Questionnaire Requirement All required questionnaires and intake forms must be completed and returned prior to your scheduled discovery call. Failure to submit forms before the appointment may result in: • Rescheduling of the call • Delays in project planning • Limited ability to fully assess your needs during the consultation Cancellation & Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. To update or reschedule your appointment, please contact: letstalk@chicnoircreative.com Late Arrival Policy Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Appointments delayed more than 10–15 minutes may need to be shortened or rescheduled based on availability. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require a non-refundable booking fee for future appointments. Communication & Turnaround All scheduling updates, approvals, and project communication should be submitted via email whenever possible. Project turnaround times vary based on the scope of work, revisions, and client responsiveness. Rush services may be available for an additional fee depending on availability. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, submitting requested materials on time, and reviewing deliverables promptly.
