Cancellation Policy
Session Length: 30 minutes (video conference) Booking: All discovery calls must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance through our online booking system. Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirmation with your meeting link once your booking is complete. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations: If you need to cancel, kindly provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can open your spot to other clients. No-Shows: Missed calls or no-shows may limit your ability to book future complimentary sessions. Preparation: Please complete the short intake form provided after booking so we can make the most of our time together. One Per Business: Complimentary discovery calls are limited to one per business or brand.
