Cancellation Policy
Photo Session Booking Policy: Deposit/Payment: A deposit is required at the time of booking your Full Service Photo Session to secure your appointment. Full Payment is required when booking your mini sessions. Please note that this payment is non-refundable to ensure that we can offer the highest quality service and availability to all of our clients. Cancellations: We understand that plans can change, If you need to cancel your session, you may do so up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment without incurring any additional fees. There is a NO-Call / NO-SHOW fee of $50 which will be charged automatically. Non-Refundable Policy: Please be advised that the booking retainer is non-refundable under all circumstances. This policy is in place to cover the preparation and reservation of your designated time slot, which cannot be offered to another client on short notice.
