Once payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with details about the bootcamp schedule, required materials, and any additional instructions. 2. Payment All bookings require full payment at the time of registration. Payments are non-refundable and must be made through the designated payment methods available on our website. 3. Availability Bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend booking early to secure your spot in the bootcamp. 4. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule your participation in the bootcamp, you must contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will not be accommodated, and the session will be considered missed. 5. Attendance Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions on time. Failure to attend a session without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of that session, with no opportunity for rescheduling or refund. 6. Required Software Participants must obtain and install the following free software before the bootcamp begins: Canva ChatGPT Mid-Journey Instructions for downloading and setting up these tools will be provided in your confirmation email. 7. Communication All important information regarding the bootcamp will be communicated via email. Participants are responsible for reviewing all email communications to stay informed about session schedules, updates, and requirements. 8. Code of Conduct Participants are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor during all sessions. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the bootcamp without a refund. 9. Liability Chic Noir Creative is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur during the bootcamp. Participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings. 10.
